Meals
All provided meals and snack will be gluten free and plant-based. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be prepared and provided as part of your retreat package, in addition to beverages and snacks.
Rooming
Rooms will be shared. Every effort will be made to pair you with someone you already know and you may request to share with a specific person by adding a note at your time of purchase. **If you would prefer to stay in a room alone, please email thesoberbookclub@gmail.com to inquire about pricing.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are considered final sale. If you need to cancel your registration prior to the cut-off date (August 31, 2022), you will be eligible for a partial refund. A $150 cancellation fee will be retained to cover the costs associated with your booking. Cancelling your registration after August 31, 2022 will be considered a forfeiture of your payment. This is simply in an effort to keep costs down for all guests.
Travel
Travel to and from the Palm Springs Airport will be provided by the host. All airfare and associated travel costs outside of your arrival to and departure from Palm Springs will be your responsibility. To budget, we recommend using apps like Hopper to view airfare forecasts for your travel date, or searching directly through budget airlines like Southwest or JetBlue.
Registration Cutoff
Registration will remain open until August 31, 2022, or until the venue is filled. We are prepared to fill 12 spots, with the possibility of increasing that number, depending on rental availability. After August 31, 2022, you will no longer be able to register for this retreat.
